Dr.  Kristin Nelson graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in biology in 1999. After that, she attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Since that time she has been practicing in private group practices. In 2013 she became the owner of Summit Dental. Each year, she attends numerous continuing education courses to remain up-to-date on the advances in dentistry. She is an Invisalign provider and has completed the Misch International Implant Institute training.

Dr. Alassy has been practicing dentistry since 2004. In 2021, he earned his master’s degree and advanced specialty training in periodontology and implant surgery from the University of Minnesota. He has authored multiple publications on peri-implant diseases. He is trained in implant surgery including implant placement, soft tissue grafting, pocket reduction surgery, ridge augmentation, sinus augmentation, All-on-X, and conscious sedation. Dr. Alassy received the Fellowship award from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2019.

Patient comfort is Dr. Alassy’s priority. He listens to his patients and provides personalized care. Dr. Alassy has been an instructor in restorative dentistry at the University of Minnesota Dental Schoo. Outside of work, he enjoys creating new adventures with his wife and two boys
